How Did Jesus Show His Power?

Philippians, chapter two, verses five to eight: "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men."

God has all power and all glory. And we ask ourselves the question, how did Jesus Christ show us this power? The answer is simple. Firstly, He made himself of no reputation. He came down as an ordinary man, was raised in an ordinary family and did an ordinary job. Yet He was the very power of God in motion.

When you look at your life, your daily circumstances and the station in life you now occupy, don't judge it by its outward appearance. Every follower of Jesus surrendered to the cross, is a vessel displaying God's power at work on the earth, no matter where you are.

It's time to pray.
